Registration with DKS jobs -Recruitment Solutions is mandatory for all the candidates to be eligible for availing our services. A person who pays the registration fees will be called a candidate here after . The DKs jobs which provides the services will be called DKS hereafter .
Registration with DKS Recruitment enables the registered user to login to our website www.dksjobs.com as a job applicant and view the listed jobs till the end of the prescribed time limit .

This Registration fee includes the for covering the cost incurred for the cv preparation, CV updation&profiling , client matching and interview scheduling cost for the service of providing recruitment services.
The candidate is eligible to claim for a refund after service period as per schedule A after the from the date of payment of registration fees subject to the following conditions
1. Refund as per schedule A will be given ,If DKS is unable to find a job placement for the candidate at the end of the service period , if he/she attends all the all the scheduled jobs interviews by DKS for the candidate during the service period. However if the candidate fail to attend the job interviews scheduled by DKS during service period , Dks will not be liable to refund as per schedule A
2. Refund as per schedule A will be given ,If DKS is unable to offer interview notification for the agreed minimum job interview schedules as per schedule A above . Notification of a job interview by text message, whatsapp message or email will be counted as intimation of a job vacancy to the candidate .It is the duty of the candidate to attend the interview as per given interview schedule intimation.
3. If a candidate fails to attend three scheduled interview in a row , DKS will be at liberty to consider that the candidate is no longer interested in a job and DKS can use its discretion to exclude him from further vacancy notifications .
If DKS Recruitment schedule an interview, then the candidate will receive an interview notification which will include time ,location , job description and client details through either or all of Email , Telephone message or whatsapp message
DKS will continue to provide new job opportunities as and when they arrive even after expiry of the service period , at the sole discretion of DKS to the candidate if he/she is still available for new jobs
Upon the selection of the candidates through DKS Recruitment, he/she has to inform and endorse a copy of the appointment letter immediately to DKS for its records.
A firm job offer by a client to the candidate will be considered as a successful performance for the recruitment services
The candidate will be bound by a non disclosure clause, so as not to disclose the name of the vacancy or client company name to a third party so that the third party benefit by attending the same interview at loss of revenue to DKS , As such a disclosure of confidential information of DKS to a third party by candidate will be detrimental to the interests of DKS If the candidate violates this non-disclosure clause DKS will be at liberty to exclude him further job notifications and bar his login to DKSjobs.com job listings.
DKS Recruitment Solutions do not guarantee any specific period/time frame for confirmed job placements. Short-listing a candidate for an interview is solely at the discretion of DKS .
If a candidate is selected for a job through DKS , then he/she will be solely the employee of the employer which selects the candidate and DKS will be not responsible or party to for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the employer organization.
Any dispute resolution will be subject only to jurisdiction of courts of Aluva Kerala.
